Breaking A Multiple PDF Document Into Single PDF Documents

Question

Hi,I am attempting to create single PDFs from an existing PDF doc ( a book) that has multiple (over 300) pages. I feel like I'm on the precipice of discovering how to do this, but not quite. I've been told that its easy to do but... Any takers?

If you click Organize Pages in Acrobat Pro you should be able to extract the pages as separate files.
