broken support site

Hello,

 

I'm a consultant with AEP access, I've been granted access to my clients org. When I try to access the support section of the Admin Console it throws an error. There seems to be some sort of flicker where the page starts to load then it displays the error message. Has anyone encountered this? Is there another way to submit a support ticket?

have the main admin open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

As you've mentioned, there is a flickering issue and an error message on the support console, could you please share a screenshot for us to investigate and help you?
