Hello, we are writing from Colombia, Universidad de La Sabana. This month we have had several failures with the suite, therefore we ask you please inform us if you are generating updates or what happens with the platform? this is causing us trouble with our work! Thank you!

Which suite? Which versions? What problems? There are hundreds of known issues, and constant updates.
