Build a package just for desktop app that allows all applications to be installed?

Thanks for replying. This already is a serialized package, as I mentioned. But your suggestion is largely correct. When building a package, it seems like even if you use a serial number that covers multiple applications, the resulting package only creates licenses for the applications in the package.

Here's a procedure that seems to mostly accomplish what I want:

1. Using Packager, build a serialized software package. It should include the Creative Cloud Desktop app and enable admin users to install updates. Do not add any applications; it will be built using only the "core components".
2. Using Packager, build a license file with the serial number that covers the applications users should have access to.
3. On the target computer, install the software package.
4. On the target computer, run the AdobeSeralization program from the license file package (needs to have the prov.xml file still in the same directory for easiest use).

When you use Creative Cloud Desktop, it will still say "Try" next to all applications. When you actually install and launch applications, they are fully licensed and not in trial mode. This only applies to applications that are covered by the license file, of course.
