Can a Municipal in Sweden use Design Std CS 6?

The IT-department here att my workplace witch is a Municipal in Sweden, Åstorps kommun (Local Government) needs a confirmation  that the Design Std CS 6 that are available from Adobe.com online is OK to use for me in my profession here at  the municipal.

Could you at Adobe please confirm this?

    Yes, you can use CS6, it has to be purchased from the store of your country or from reseller.

    CS6 will have no further upgrades.
