Can fonts be installed via on-premise package vs download from CC?

We have an Enterprise agreement for DC and CC apps with on-premises access only (no on-demand storage or services). In this scenario, is it possible to have fonts made available on our admin console so that we can create deployment packages for them?

Hello,

The Adobe fonts are online services that generally sync with creative cloud apps and require cloud storage/online services. The users can use the system fonts or they can install the fonts locally on the machine from any third party website and can use it in any of the creative cloud apps.
