can i change my current creative cloud product to use different Adobe ID

we have old Adobe Enterprise ID and some one in organisation purchased the Adobe Creative Cloud 1 year prepaid subscription with same Adobe ID.

issue is that staff will require  the Adobe ID Login details to use the Adobe Creative Cloud but we don't want them to go to Adobe Enterprise section and start doing changes.

is it possible if we can create new Adobe ID and associate the Adobe Creative cloud subscription with this new id and then Staff can continue using the product.
