Can I force the option of signing out of other computers and suppress the limit reached message box ?

On a VDI environment, after users have signed onto and used DC on two different VMs they are prompted when they log into it on a third with the Limit Reached box and given options to sign out of other machines before proceeding. Do we have the ability somehow to suppress the limit reached box and simply force the option of signing out of all signed-in machines ?
