Can I get a report to see the last login date per user in the Admin Console?

Correct answer SuJoshi

Currently, there is no such option available in the admin console to track the login events of the users.

You can configure SSO which would give you more details in your IDP audit logs.

Is this answer still the case for seeing the last login date per user?

Hi @Jim34580424x51p,

Thank you for following up on this thread. We understand the importance of being able to track user login activity for license management and compliance purposes.

As of today, the answer remains the same, there is no dedicated "last login date" report per user available in the Adobe Admin Console.

Here's what the Admin Console does offer in terms of reporting and logging, so you can determine which option best fits your needs:

  • Audit Log (Admin Console > Insights > Logs > Audit Log): This tracks organization-level changes such as when a user was added or removed, license assignments, and admin actions. However, it does not record user login events. More details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/audit-logs.html
  • Content Logs (Admin Console > Settings > Content Logs): These track how users interact with assets such as folders, files, and libraries (create, update, move actions). Logs can be generated for user activities that occurred in the past 90 days. More details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/content-logs.html
  • License Assignment Reports (Admin Console > Insights > Reports): These track license assignment data over time, but do not include login activity. Note: this is only available for Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) contracts. More details here: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/assignment-reports.html
  • SSO / IDP Audit Logs: As mentioned in SuJoshi's original answer, if your organization has configured SSO with a Federated Directory, your Identity Provider (such as Google Workspace) will capture login events in its audit logs.

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thanks,

^BS
