Can I split a CC license so I can use Premiere on my desktop and Photoshop on my laptop at the same time?

I work a lot when I travel to and from work and I need to use Photoshop but I do some video editing at home on my desktop using Premiere is there a way to split the license so I don't have to keep swapping it between machines?

Sometimes I use both machines when working on certain projects and like I said I don't want to keep transferring the license back and forth when I'm doing this.
