so heres some backstory, we were acquired by another company a few years ago. the new company didnt want to use our old adobe account. so they created their own, now they want ours closed down and the users and licenses moved to the new one.
our old acct is a:

the new account just displays as :

Annual plan, paid monthly
type: DIRECT
we just renewed the licenses on the old VIP acct for another year, so we have time to move things. they no longer want to use our reseller and instead want to buy them direct from adobe. is it possible to move the users and licenses to the new direct account?
