Can not access Admin Console

I put in my user name and password then I get this:

    lportolese, good morning.
    I have been unable to access the Admin Console for two days, but please try accessing it with another browser.
    In addition, please access your Adobe account from the official Adobe website and access it from the [Manage Team] mataha [Manage Enterprise] link.

    Same issue. It doesn't let you log into the Admin Console/Account in order to access the support you need - the same error message comes up. Help please?

    I think it's an enterprise account. I have approval for users to use CC at home, so I need to add those users to the admin console. We are a public school with 100 CC licenses.
