Can not download illustrator CC on my Mac

To Who May Concern,

I am using enterprise acct and try to download the softwares that approved from my company. I could download Dreamweaver and Photoshop but the illustrator won't download. the problem is the cloud said the download complete and I said the illustrator icon from download area jump back to install area, and I could not download it (as you can see I had tired to download so many time on the print screen

Please I hope someone could help me to solve it ASAP.
