Can not install a second product using Adobe .msi packages

Hi,

We install our Adobe products using .MSI packages (made with the Adobe CCPLaucher tool)

The first package is installed correctly, but the second always fails...

Does anyone have a solution to install multiple applications using Adobe MSI packages?

Thank you

    Hi Christophe,

The second package should be compatible with the OS. If the package is created for 32- bit machines, it should apply to 32 bit machines only.

Moreover, you can check the installer log and let us know the error.

    Thanks,

    Hi Ashish,

Thank you for your answer but it doesn't work even if the second package is 64 bits like the first one.

Can you tell me where i found the installer.log ?
    Thanks
    Christophe
