Can not install lower version like Premiere CC 2014
Why did you abruptly end support for a lower version of Premiere such as CC 2014 or CC 2015?
I wonder why suddenly I can not download a subversion from the Creative Cloud desktop.

Unfortunately this version is no longer available in the Creative Cloud Packager due to the change in licensing for Dolby components - see Adobe Creative Cloud apps use native OS support for Dolby

If you require to add a serial to the installed package please use the Creative Cloud Packager serialization function. Adobe Creative Cloud license package
