Can Photoshop CC be deployed as a licensed appliction via SCCM without the need for each user to have a Creative Cloud account?

I know this is possible for Acrobat DC although we have not yet done this. We have a small number of users who have multiple CC apps (or the entire CC suite) and we give those users CC accounts and the CC desktop application. The problem is managing this, as well as giving them admin rights for the updates. There are at least 25 users of older versions of Photoshop that we would like to update with SCCM. Managing these users through the Cloud and giving them all admin rights is not desirable.

It depends what kind of license you have. If you have individual or CC Teams then you will have to have the user sign in with their Adobe ID.

If you have an ETLA with CC Enterprise then you have access to serial numbers and can build a serialised package with Creative Cloud Packager.
