Can's access edit or prepare pdf

Not on this account, but on my coworkers, it doesnt allow her to access edit PDF or Prepare PDF as well as some other tools. We are paying for an Acrobat Pro license but we cannot figure how to access those tools.

We tried removing and reenstating the license as well as deleting the software and redownloading it.
