Can't access college enterprise account

My college pays for us to access photoshop etc and when i log in within the building it will let me use the apps. However, when i go to log in on my laptop at home it shows me the apps within my plan and my saved creations but will not let me access them. I don't know whether to try downloading them on my iPad but i'm afraid it might charge me and I can't afford to pay £20+ to finish some homework. Is there anything I can do?

I would suggest that you contact your college's helpdesk. What do say your student colleagues?

    you use your laptop at school without problem and then you go home and try to use the same laptop and have the problem you described?

    No, I used a computer in school but log on to the exact same account.

    The licence can be attributed to the school's computer. There is an option for schools to buy lab licences.

     

    Only the school can tell you that. If that is the case, you would need to take a subscription on your own for your laptop or any other computer, where you want working on.
