Can't access my alobe admin panel

I've been purchasing an adobe plan since 2020, recently I tried logging into the admin panel inorder to replace a user to my account, but I encounter a message saying "You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."

If you have any idea on how to resolve this issue please let me know, thanks in advance!

I have reviewed the account you used to post here and found that you currently have a Creative Cloud for Individual plan. You have to switch to a Creative Cloud for Teams plan to assign licenses. For more information on this, click here
