Can’t Access My Old Behance Portfolio – Shows “Covina Arts-Deleted-Org”

Hi everyone,
I need some help. When I log in to Behance with my Adobe ID, it shows this message first:

"Welcome to Covina Arts-Deleted-Org. Since you already have an Adobe plan associated with this email address, we'll create separate profiles for you."

After that, I only see a new empty profile. My old projects are missing, but I can still see my old profile picture.

Here’s my old Behance profile link:https://www.behance.net/allyabbas

I just want to get back my old portfolio and projects. Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows how to resolve it?

Thanks a lot

Hi @defaultw66kzd2zpqo6,

Thank you for reaching out. After checking, I don’t see any active subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. This issue may be occurring because you previously had a license assigned under a team or enterprise contract owned by Covina Arts. It appears that you have either been removed from that contract or the contract itself has been deleted, which is why you’re unable to access your profile. That license was most likely assigned to you under a work/school profile.

Since you no longer have an active license, your account is defaulting to the personal profile. Please note that Adobe treats personal and business profiles separately.

I recommend contacting Covina Arts, or the subscription owner who originally provided your license, and requesting that they reassign a license to you (if they still have access to the contract). Once you receive the license, log in using your work/school profile. After that, you can follow the steps in the Behance article linked below to transfer your files:

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
^AN
