Can't Access School Email Subscription for Adobe Suite Pro

Except I signed up for a subscription to "Adobe Creative Cloud ETLA - Pro Edition (Valid Until 7/31/2023 - Subscription". I'm not paying the monthly plan. I should have access, but I cannot open my apps.
I cannot even speak to support, since the chat is for admins only, and I don't know my school admin. I'm working on a project that NEEDS to be uploaded within the next few days, so I need to be given the subscription I have activated (good through 7/31/2023).
Please someone from the Adobe support staff, help me out!
