Can't ask support

I am the admin for AA at my company. I have all dev and admin privileges, but recently I'm not able to ask support questions anymore. Nothing has changed on my end. How do I get it back?

Are you receiving any errors while you are trying to ask support questions? If so, could you please attach a screenshot of the error?
