Can't assign license Animate

Hi!

I have a question/problem - i bought license Animate CC and recieve it in managed group, but i can't assign this license to user.

This has been going on for the 2nd week

How to resolve this problem?

I would try using another browser or delete cookies/cache in your browser.

unfortunately, it doesn't work, license not assign from another workstation, another browser, in private mode without coockies

But i can assign other licenses, problem only with AnimateCC
