Can't cancel Adobe plan

As seen in the photo below, I can't seem to find the button to manage my plan and cancel my subscription. I haven't been using Adobe much these days and I decided to cancel my plans but without the manage plans option, I'm not quite sure how to deal with this.

Have you tried following the steps mentioned in the following document, which contains the necessary steps to leave your Organisation.
