Can’t Cancel Team Adobe Subscription – Agents Keep Blaming Technical Issues

I’ve been trying to cancel my Team Adobe subscription, but I cannot find the “Cancel Plan” button in the Admin Console. I’ve contacted Adobe support several times, but every agent keeps telling me there are “technical difficulties” and asks me to wait 2–4 hours each time. This has been going on for days now.

I’m still within my refund period, but I feel stuck because no one has been able to provide a proper solution. Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I actually cancel my subscription without further delays?

Hi @harvey_4098,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon checking, I can confirm that you have an active individual subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that while your Photoshop plan has been cancelled, your Adobe Stock plan is still active, which is why you are continuing to be charged.

I recommend visiting https://adobe.ly/4q0aWxE to review your active plans. Additionally, it appears there may be a payment issue with this plan. You can refer to the following document for steps to resolve it: https://adobe.ly/46VfJId

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,

^AN

Hi there,

I genuinely empathize with the frustrating experience you had to face.

As you mentioned, you want to cancel your Creative Cloud Teams subscription. I reviewed your account details and found that you had subscribed to Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Express. Only Adobe Express is currently active, and the rest have already been canceled.

In the Admin Console, under the Account tab, you'll see Plans and Licenses, under which all your apps will be listed with a 'Manage' button next to them. For detailed steps, see: https://adobe.ly/402qAN8.

Thanks,

^BS
