can't contact admin or any staff

Hello everyone.

I hope all is well!

I recently have gotten an email telling me that I have to pay a yearly bill for the adobe subscription that I have not made or remember that I made from my school email. I want to cancel it by contacting the admins/staff directly but couldn't. Is there any way for a staff to take a look and help me out on this please? Or give me an advice? I tried using the "ASSISSTED SUPPORT" on Enterprise Support, but I keep getting "We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."

I tried contacting the admin by calling the school and being transferred to the right room, however, they told me that I must contact the admins in here to have it removed.

If there's any way to get this removed before it's too late. Let me know quickly.

Thank you.

If your account is managed by your school then only the Admin from school can contact Adobe. You could try contacting support by following the instructions given below

1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Hi @Youssef27034454sd59,

Who did send out this e-mail? Look at the e-mail address, not the text. It should be either your school's email address or an adobe.com address. If it's something other, it may be a scammer mail.

For checking if you have a personal subscription or a subscription managed by your school, do the following and tell us if that works:

  • Go to https://account.adobe.com. If you are not signed in with your Adobe ID (school e-mail!), sign in. If you are signed in, sign out and sign in again.
  • You will get asked if you want to sign in to your personal account, or the Enterprise account.

Sign in to your personal account. If you do not get asked that question, you do not have an Enterprise account, only a personal one.
  • Go to "Plans & Payment", go to "Plans". If there is no plan there, you do not have a personal plan. Sign out, sign in again, if you have an Enterprise account. Go to Plans and if there is a plan, call your school's helpdesk, as for that plan, they are responsible.
  • If there is a plan there, cancel that plan, if you do not need it (Manage Plan). If you are in trouble, contact Adobe customer service.
