Can't delete directory users

Hi

I'm trying to remove all our directory users but the checkbox next to their name is greyed out - this is in the Directory users list, not the normal users list which already has all the users removed.a

 

I'm trying to remove our domain so I can switch to Azure SSO but can't until all these users are deleted from the Directory users list.

 

Any ideas?

Hello,

Is there a trust relationship in place with another Admin Console for this directory? Otherwise, it could be browser-specific - please check in Firefox and Chrome if you havn't already done so.

If the problem persists, please contact support via the tab on your Admin Console.
