Can't delete User

I bought the Creative Cloud All Apps product and I assigned it to a user who was not in the system.

The system has now created a user but named it [none]. I have tried to delete the user but it does not work and the system displays a blank page.
Also, I can't create a new user with the same email address.

What can i do?
