Navigating Adobe or any kind of help is harder than landing on the moon. I keep getting Exceeded maximum number of files (50) or total size (100 MB). my document is like 56kb. I keep getting this on all my documents. I do have an account, these are files a friend shared to me. Generating a link is useless because the download button is nothing, I actually F12 and went into the code, literally adobe cloud download button is just an image literally. Been using windows since 2001, used Adobe products from 2003. There is not a single link on entire Adobe website to contact support, I ran an AI agent to search for it, it doesn’t exist. I think it’s easier at this point to start a competing software platform or try to land on the moon. Jesus christ, is anything other than photoshop actually working from this company ?

    Hi @Akbaruas

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had.

To better understand the issue, could you please confirm where exactly you are encountering this error? Is it occurring within the Acrobat desktop application, or while accessing the file through Adobe Document Cloud in your web browser?

Additionally, please confirm whether you are signed in with the same Adobe ID that the file was originally shared with.

Once we have this information, we’ll be able to guide you more accurately and assist you further.

We look forward to your response.

    Regards,
    ^AN

10-15 years ago, things were working just fine, you click a button, it does something, it works, you needed help with something, you could contact someone and expect a reply within 24 hours. How did it all stop working and got over complicated, while having 0 as in 0% improvement. There’s been nothing new in 20 years, nothing. 99% of any kind of editing is the same as it’s been in 2005, literally.
