Can't download InDesign...

I pay for my creative cloud.  I downloaded Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator without an issue.  I CAN'T download the InDesign.  Everytime it gets to the Extraction part I get an error EX11.  HELP!!!

    Hi Kathleen,

    This error mostly occurs due to insufficient disk space in destination location. Please make sure, you have enough disk space remaining to install InDesign.
