Can't download Premiere Pro

Question

I'm trying to download Premiere Pro for a college class, and the website isn't letting me. I'm using my school ID to log in, and when I start the download process, it takes me to a screen where I need to log in. When I input my school email, it redirects me to a log in screen for my school system. When I input my school ID and password there and hit "Log In", it just reloads and does nothing. I can log in using that ID and password on the actual school website, so I know I'm not putting in the wrong information. It just reloads, clears what I typed in, and doesn't progress whatsoever.

try a different browser.

if that fails, contact your school's it dept or using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and then

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type BILLING AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
