can't find invoices from canceled subscription

Hello,

I am trying to download payments invoices from an older canceled subscription. But can't find them anywhere. how can I receive them?

I can see the invoices from my newer active subscription but can't find the invoices from the older canceled one.

How can I receive them? I need them ASAP

I must say I am very disappointed with adobe!!

Why do you make things so complicated?

I expect to receive the invoices directly into my email. and not go though all this hassle every time I want to find my invoices.

Only to find out that the invoices from my canceled subscription are not even in the list.

I tried contacting the live chat but they are completely useless.

I am still waiting for a response from them (over 24 hours and no response).

Tried to contact them a few times and nothing yet. I don't call this a live chat - it's a dead chat!

Could you try the instructions in the following article and let us know.

Print a copy of the invoice for your Adobe purchase . I've extracted the relevant bit below:

Just ensure that you're signing in with the same Adobe ID/email address that you used to operate the now cancelled subscription.

Follow these steps to get an invoice for a canceled subscription or other orders:

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account with your Adobe ID and password.
  2. In the left pane of Plans, click Order History.
  3. Click the order number for which you want to print the invoice.
  4. In the Billing History section, click View PDF next to the invoice that you want to print.
  5. To print the invoice, click the PDF viewer’s Print icon, or choose File > Print in your browser.

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunatelly this didn't do the trick.

When I get to the page you linked to it says (first row under "Get an invoice for a canceled subscription or other orders");

"In countries served by Digital River, Adobe's e-commerce partner, contact us to get an invoice for a canceled subscription."

when I click on Contact us it directs me to this page:

Contact Customer Care

and there I can't see any relevant way to get my invoices. It's says to contact Adobe. And that what I did via the live chat which BTW did NOT get a response until now. and also trough here on this forum.

Is there any solution for this? How can I receive my invoices then?

I sent the request via the live chat - and there is no case number there. Where can I find the case number?
