Can't find licenses from TechSoup
we bought Adobe licenses on TechSoup. but out IT cannot try to log in but cannot find the licenses.

Hi,
Are you having a problem when trying to log in to Creative Cloud to use your licenses? If so please make sure you are using the Adobe ID you used to purchase the licenses.
