Can't Find who Admin Is

Hello,

I can't seem to find the Administrator of the Enterprise account my account is listed as a user of. I contacted Adobe Support on the phone initially because my supervisor couldn't access the Admin Console, but they said she was not an admin at all. They could not list other admins. I work at a large (1,000+ people) organization. How do I find who is the admin of our Enterprise account?

Hi @7326661_4356,

Thank you for reaching out.

Based on your query, it appears you're unable to identify or contact the Administrator of your Enterprise account and require assistance. Kindly confirm if this is the issue you're facing so we can support you accordingly.

If you have an active Creative Cloud or Document Cloud for Teams/Enterprise subscription, you can try the following steps to view any notes or contact details your Administrator may have provided:

  1. Sign in to your Adobe account.

  2. Navigate to Plans > My Plans.

  3. Look for notes next to the details included in your plan.

  4. If you're associated with multiple organizations or teams, be sure to review the relevant plan.

  5. Click View All to see all available information.

To close the Contact Administrator dialog, click Done.

For detailed guidance, you can refer to the following help document: Contacting Your Administrator

Please note: These notes are visible only if your Administrator has configured them for your organization or team. If you're unable to locate the necessary details, feel free to let us know—we'll be happy to assist you further.

Regards,
^AN

I am having the same problem and this post or any other post, website, AI chat or support phone call can give me a straight up answer. My acount management control interface does not list any "plan" or admin contact. I am completely in the dark. I need to contact my admin to upgrade my license, because all the AI features I used before are now only accessable in antoher licence.

Hi @PolkaFever,

Thank you for reaching out. I can confirm that you have an active enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. This contract is owned by your university, and your administrator has assigned a Creative Cloud All Apps plan to your account. To access this plan, please sign in to Creative Cloud using the “Work or School Account” option.

From your message, it seems that you are signing in and checking for plans but are unable to see any active plan or contact information. I recommend visiting https://adobe.ly/46kvadW and signing in with your “Work or School Account.” Once logged in, go to the Plans section. Here, you should be able to see your active plan. You can also check for any administrator notes provided next to your plan details.

Please note that these notes will only appear if your administrator has set them up for your organization or team. If you are unable to find any contact information there, I suggest reaching out to your teacher or your school’s IT department, as they will be able to assist you further.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any additional assistance.

Regards,

^AN

Yes, that is the issue I'm facing.

When I navigate to view my plans, I see these screens, so I can't view any plan notes:
