Can't give access to Partner Models in Photoshop

I'm having trouble giving 13 users (out of total 87 users of various Adobe Products) access to Premium Generative AI Partner Models (Topaz) in Photoshop. I have Contract Administrator permissions, and those 13 users all have Creative Cloud Pro licenses. The only Settings that show up for me are in these screenshots...what am I missing?

Also, see the screenshot of the Admin Console...

Hi @lenasal,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Based on what you’ve shown, it appears that access to partner models has been turned off in the Admin Console. Since you also shared an Admin Console screenshot, it looks like you have not been assigned the system admin role, which is why you are unable to see the Settings tab. You can click on account tab to see your contract details.

I recommend reaching out to another admin in your organization or the contract owner for this contract and asking them to review this setting in the Admin Console.

Please let me know how it goes or if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
^AN

Hi @lenasal,

Thank you for reaching out.

Creative Cloud Pro users have access to non-Adobe partner models and get monthly credits to access them. If the credits are over, you can purchase a top-up plan to continue using the premium features.
Learn more about Premium features here

Learn how credits are used for Adobe Partner models here

Just so you know, the ability to enable or disable access to non-Adobe generative AI models via the Admin Console is currently available only to enterprise plans, so you are not seeing any settings in the Admin Console.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,
^BS

I have read the documentation re: the partner models and the premium features. Yes, we have access to the non-Adobe partner models, and yes, we have all our monthly credits to access those models.

Then where do non-enterprise plans go to enable or disable the non-Adobe generative AI models if they are not available in the Admin. Console???

Hello @lenasal,

The option to enable or disable non-Adobe partner models is exclusively available for Enterprise subscriptions. Individual or Team subscriptions do not offer this functionality. For further information, visit: https://adobe.ly/3Lw4AXM

Thanks,
