Can't Install

I got a USB from my teacher today to install a package containing Premiere Pro and After Effects. I plugged it in and I'm getting the same failure message. It's not getting me an error code and I don't know how to do it.

Did you look into the log file for more information?

Alternatively, you can probably log into your account at https://account.adobe.com.
