Can't Install

Question

I got a USB from my teacher today to install a package containing Premiere Pro and After Effects. I plugged it in and I'm getting the same failure message. It's not getting me an error code and I don't know how to do it.

Your school's helpdesk should be able to help you. Did you look into the log file for more information?  Alternatively, you can probably log into your account at https://account.adobe.com.
