Can't install Creative Cloud

Hi!

 

I'm trying to install the Creative Cloud app, but I can't proceed. I open the install file and get the message in the attached file ("Account authentication: State your system password when you are asked to in order to install Creative Cloud on the computer. When you have stated the password, we will open a webb browser in order to verify your account."). But when I press "Fortsätt" ("Proceed"), nothing happens. How come? It just stays in this window.

 

There's nothing wrong with the licence.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

 

if you have trouble downloading, use the alternative download site at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

Sorry, doesn't work either. I can download the file, no problem there. It's when I'm launching it that it won't work. I can't proceed. 😞

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
