Can't install Creative Cloud on a Surface Studio

Question

Hi,I have been having issue installing Creative Cloud 64 bits with all the features / programs on a 64 bits Windows 10 Professional (1709 16299.431). My license model is Per Device. The CPPLauncher gave no problem and downloaded everything. I was able to proceed to the install by following your solution and this solution : Install log error "Bootstrap failed" | Adobe Creative Suite 5, Adobe Creative Suite 5.5

Now the installation fails later on. This is the Fatal error message that I get in the DPApp.log.

This is likely to be an issue with Adobe XD.


Cause	Adobe XD is installed using a APPX installation package within a Creative Cloud Package. Windows 10 now allows users to control how APPX packages are installed. The user is now able enable or disable "Sideloading" of applications.
Resolution	In order to prevent the package from rolling back with error 191, you have to allow Windows 10 to sideload apps on your computer How to allow Windows 10 to sideload apps on your computer * Open Settings. * Click on Update & security. * Click on For developers. * Under "Use developer features," select the Sideload apps option.

My license mode is Per Device. I still have 5 licences available to make sure I can install it. I made sure I can connct to the Adobe network.

When I log on the Creative Cloud, I select Team and Create a pack. I enter all the information to create the pack and I select all the applications. Still, after the download, the installation will fail with no explanatation than this Fatal -1 error message.

I tried to install the Creative Cloud package after choosing only one product or I tried to install it on another computer.

I tried to create another Admin user as suggested and it still fails. Redownload everything for the x time and still fail with the same error message.
