Hi.

I bought Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium edition for mac OS a few years ago. It worked fine on my old mac. I've bought a new laptop and looked how to transfer it. I was directed to download the copy from the web then put my serial number in.

I downloaded it no problem (DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS16.dmg) but as soon as I try and install it I get the message

"Installer failed to initialise. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem"

I click on the associated link and get the following

The Adobe Support Advisor has been discontinued

The Adobe Support Advisor tool was used to analyze installer log and system information associated with installation errors. The tool has been replaced with improved installation support mechanisms. Please visit Adobe Support section for Knowledge base articles around Installation.

I'm running: a new MacBook with OS Sierra 10.12

What should I do please?
