Can't log in on the creative Cloud Desktop app : AADSTS50020: User account

Hello, 

I really need some help with my. adobe creative cloud desktop app. I can't log in. I have tried everything (delete all the apps linked to the creative cloud, reinstall them several times, change my password, try. new ways of log in ...) and nothing have worked. 

When i open my creative cloud desktop app and when i enter my. mail adress + my passoword i have the same message every time : I really need some help because the Adobe softwares are my work tools and without them i can't work...

Hi @Paulin25175427qrre this is related to an IDP (Azure or ADFS) where the user's email is not added to the IDP or the Web SAML app is not assigned to a user.
Could you please let me know how you're trying to sign in? Thanks!

I try to log in directly on the home page of the desktop app Creative Cloud via my Microsoft account, this is the only thing I can do, I have no other options to log in when I open the app.

Hi @Paulin25175427qrre contact your IT admin to help with your Azure issue. The error is coming from Microsoft, not Adobe.
