Can't manage team

I've bought a solution for the team, but when I push "Manage team" in my account — nothing works. I'm waiting really long but the page doesn't work and I see the error.

When I try to chat with your support service — I see the message that something wrong, try later.

When I see the list of phone numbers for countries and try to call in Russian phone number — I hear that the number doesn't exist.

Nothing works! NOTHING!

I paid money to you, but can't use the software. Is it ok?
