Can't open acrobat reader

I Can't open acrobat, when I click on it, it asks me to sign in, when I sign in, it shows an option to continue, and I click on it, and it goes back to sign in again. And this happens over and over again.

 

What should I do? I tried to uninstall and install again, but the same thing happened.

We are having the same issue. The user has the full suite. InDesign, Photoshop and other applications work fine... but with Acrobat, it asks to sign in. We do that, it confirms the details, then goes back to asking to sign in again.

 

Very annoying especially when everything else works fine. Tried a repair and even reinstalled Acrobat. No joy.

Our computer graphic team has a problem using the adobe application. They must log in to the applications several times a day to be able to work. It becomes very bothersome. One of them cannot use Adobe Acrobat at all. He logs in every now and then and the application informs that he is not logged in.
