Can't see the pack Creative Cloud Desktop Application for students

Hello, we are high school having subscribed to 25 licences. In the admin console we don't see the packCreative Cloud Desktop Application for students. The pack has been created, the softwares was installed on the workstations and we created and entered the emails per workstation. It's impossible for the students to connect through the school network. What can we do ?
