Can't unsubscribe CC because organization have no idea!

I subscribed to Adobe CC through my university with a student discount couple years ago and I want to cancel it since I have graduated and don't want to be charged soon. I am unable to use Adobe chat bot because it keeps saying "Please contact your administrator for help" and doesn't even give me any option to send an email or get in touch with adobe support and my university is telling me to contact KIVUTO to cancel subscription (saying it was set up there) and Kivuto is telling me the university is the admin. This conversation has been going back and forth since July 2024 and I'm literally furious by this situation. All I can do is tell my bank to block Adobe? Anyone able to get me in touch with Adobe?

Why is it so difficult to unsubscribe when I used my OWN card??

Hi @Daniel31047179u0rh,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing your account, I see that you currently have an active Enterprise subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Previously, you had an individual Creative Cloud subscription linked to this ID, but it appears to have been canceled.

Please note that you are not being charged for the Enterprise subscription, as it is managed by your university. Could you confirm whether the subscription you wish to cancel is linked to the same Adobe ID, or is it associated with a different one? Additionally, please let us know the last time you were charged for this subscription.

If the subscription is linked to a different Adobe ID, kindly share the details with me via a personal message. You can refer to this guide on how to send a personal message: How to Send a Personal Message.

Awaiting your response.

Regards,
^AN
