Can't use Adobe Cloud apps after changing subscription
About a fortnight ago I unsubscribed from Adobe Cloud, to take advantage of one year of free use, offered by the school. I still have my old apps installed. When I log into the Cloud main page (as a new user), my apps show as "trial expired". Now I can't use any app to do my assessments. The school IT support told me to uninstall the apps and reinstall them again. I tried with an app, but nothing. Even after reinstalling it, the usual "trial expired" prevents me from using the app. What can I do?
