Hi,

I have recently updated my OS on Mac which is now Monterey 12.4

All of my Adobe products were working well by then, and when I updated, it all worked except for Illustrator which keeps having this issue:

I tried all the solutions written here so far but none of them worked. I already uninstalled, re-installed it. I logged out of my Creative Cloud, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's still coming up. Anyone know what's up?

One of the most common reasons for this issue that the clocks are out of sync and that hampers the secure connection with the servers. If you've enabled Sync with Internet time option, disable that and try again.

Do take a look at the following article and see if they help.

Are you using any firewall application on your MAC? If yes, then one of the reasons could be that Illustrator is blocked from making webcalls by the Firewall. Disable the firewall and then try.

I'm not using any firewall on my Mac and I just checked my firewall and it's not blocking  Illustrator.
