Can Adobe Application updates be managed and distributed to Adobe Applications without the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application installed through the remote update manager or another solution?

Hi BP72

If you are using named user licensing then NO.

However if you are on device/serial number licensing then yes you do not need Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application on the machine.
