Is it possible to run a report or show when the license was last accessed by the user?

Adobe don't record this info for you. Perhaps for the very same reason you would like them to...

Thanks - asking because we 30 odd licenses and needed to know who was using it or not so that we can resassign un-used licenses to other users.

Yes, that's exactly what I mean. That hardly seems to Adobe's advantage, when you might buy more licenses instead. But also... licenses may be checked only every few months; no reason to record anything those other times.
