Cancel adobe subscription

Question

Hello, Adobe Team. So, a month ago I got this free trial for Adobe Creative Cloud and I tried that, then now I want to cancel it because I really don't have money to pay because since the first place I just need a trial and don't have any further plan to subscribe since I'm so poor right now I'm unemployed. I try the trial because I have this design commission and it needs some features from Adobe Illustration, so I grab the trial as my best chance.

So, I'm so confused right now because I can't cancel the plan and it says that if I do a cancelation I'll get the early cancelation fee which is I can't afford at all... so do you have a solution for me to cancel the plan without getting any charge? Because I don't use the app since the trial was end. Thank you so much beforehand and please help me out.😓

the solution was for you to cancel during the trial period.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
