"Cancel" Button for Adobe for Enterprise Plan is Nonexistant

Hi there, I'm trying to cancel the Adobe for Enterprise plan that I've been subscribed to. I signed up using my college information but now the product is not useful for me. I've been trying to cancel the plan because Adobe is still charging me, but the button "Manage Plan" is nonexistent for me. The button to cancel this is literally not there. Do I get in touch with someone at my school or support at Adobe? Could I get a link to directly talk with a real person instead of articles and forums?
